Matched Pair RCA 12SN7 12SN7GT Vacuum TubesThis new old stock testing matched pair of RCA 12SN7GT dual triodes was tested on our Paul Hart calibrated TV7 U for shorts, gas and transconductance. There were no shorts or gas. Transconductance measured 76 69 for Tube One and 77 74 for Tube Two. Minimum (65%) is 50. They have black plates; tall bases; D getters; steel support rods and KR and MC date codes, respectively. I am playing them as I write in my Alan Eaton single ended 45 amplifier with

"Britain" is printed on the tube itself and there appears to be an incomplete Amperex-style code near the base

Transconductance measured 70/70 for Tube One and 72/72 for Tube Two
new in box US-made 22KV6 / 22KV6A tubes tested to spec on our Paul Hart-calibrated TV7/U
new in box RCA 6S4A tubes tested to spec on our Paul Hart-calibrated TV7/U
rounded plates and excellent flashing
probably from the second half of the 1920s
Tube One measured 33 while Tube Two measured 34 where minimum (65%) is 32 and 100% is 49
noise or gas and it tested as follows:
46 and 49 respectively
It measured 57/59 where minimum (65%) is 40/40 and 100% is 62/62
